Q: Do you offer Professional Hair and Make-up Services?
Q: Do you offer Gift Certificates?
A: Yes. Gift Certificates are the perfect gift for Baby Showers, Engagements, and special days like an Anniversary, Christmas or Valentines.
Q: Are your Sessions limited to the Greater Seattle Area?
A: No. We can go anywhere you like, or we can come to wherever you are.
Q: Do you have any Payment Plans?
A: Of course. Our payment plans are simple and interest free.
Q: Can you remove blemishes?
A: We can remove blemishes, braces, trim off a few pounds and more.
Q: I am very uncomfortable in front of the camera. I turn red when ever I am in front of a lens. I'd really like a nice portrait, is this even possible?
A: Absolutely! After the Consultation you will have no problem.
Q: Do you help me know how to prepare?

Q: When is the best time to have these types of portraits taken?
Q: What if I am not in a typical family situation?
A: Many families I have had the honor of working with in these situations, capture the time of life they are in for that year. Yearly Sessions do make it nice when changes are frequent because it is a story of that period of their life. It is very beautiful and heartfelt.

Q: How often do you check email?
Q: I like what I see, but this will be for Commercial Use. I need digital files, Etc. Can you tell me if Commercial is priced the same as personal use.
A: The Commercial Pricing structure is much different than images designed for personal use. The concept of creating the images is the same. Please let me know your needs and your usage and I will be happy to give you an estimate.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Genuine Image was licensed in September of 1994 in Las Vegas Nevada, and was moved to the Seattle Washington area July of 1998.

A: Yes. Our stylist works with TV, print, magazines, etc. She's the real deal.
